Importance Of Break Fast

The first meal of the day is considered to be very important. Skipping breakfast should be said no, a big no. break fast should be had a king , as it is the meal that gives energy to stay going the whole day. Breakfast is a meal that is had after a long break so it should contain a variety of nutritious elements in it. A must haves are a fruit, juice, fibrous food, protein rich ones etc. A big breakfast will not tired you as any other meal, it in return gives you more energy for the following hours. In most of the countries breakfast is had in a splendid way & also it is a family time. A good healthy breakfast can make your day. A well had breakfast can keep you energetic till you sleep even if you skip other meals.
